Christian began his career working for a Channel Islands Stock Exchange listed residential property fund, managing a £50 million property portfolio, specialising in asset management and development of properties in the UK.

In 2013 Christian helped to establish a property adviser, advising two Luxembourg real estate funds as well as advising numerous private clients and family office investments.

In 2019 Christian was part of the team that successfully launched a Social Housing REIT listed on the International Stock Exchange, resulting in their appointment as Investment Advisor. The REIT has a share issuance of up to 350 million ordinary shares.

Stewart has 25 years in the banking industry. He has worked for the Natwest Banking Group, Cater Allen Private Banking (subsequently Abbey International) and the Bank of Ireland.

After leaving the banking industry, Stewart established a bespoke investment portal for the intermediary market which he sold in 2012. Subsequently, Stewart took up a senior management role within an Asset Management company, where he worked on the launch and fund raising for a Luxembourg real estate fund.

In 2019 Stewart was part of the team that successfully launched a Social Housing REIT listed on the International Stock Exchange resulting in their appointment as Investment Advisor. The REIT has a share issuance of up to 350 million ordinary shares.

Ash has over 20 years’ experience in sustainable and impact investing. In 2008 Ash co-founded Falcon Coffees, an Ethical Global Green Coffee business focused on building collaborative supply chains between farmers and roasters for shared profit and positive impact.

In 2012, Ash founded Paragon Property Group, a Property Investment and Management company active in both Residential and Commercial sectors across the UK.

In 2019, Ash was part of the executive team that successfully launched the Fundamentum Social Housing REIT PLC listed on the International Stock Exchange with a focus on providing housing for vulnerable adults requiring care.

Ash is an active investor and sits on the Boards of various companies covering a range of different industries, including Tech, Healthcare, Real Estate, Media and Tax Advisory.

Michelle is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and holds a diploma in fund administration. Michelle has over 20 years experience in the company, trust and fund industries spanning the Isle of Man, the Cayman Islands and London. Gaining experience in private equity, real estate, fixed income, equity and alternative investments (hedge funds, REITs, derivatives, mutual funds and commodities). Michelle has been working in the supported housing sector for over 3 years. At Fundamentum Michelle is responsible for all aspects of accounting and financial matters.

Savills Director, National Head of Compliance and Customer Services and Previous Head of lettings for the Southern Region.

Founder & Chair of the Letting Industry Council, championed by Lord Best with regular attendants from the Department for Levelling up Homes and Communities and all major real estate companies, professional bodies including RICS and Propertymark, Tenancy Deposit and Ombudsman schemes.

Assists and advises the Department of Communities and Local Government in agreeing the Private Rental Sector Code and invited to comment and review various white papers on PRS legislation. Invited and attended round table committee meeting at No. 10 Downing Street.

Theresa regularly engages with Government officials and gave evidence to the Renters Reform Bill Committee in November 2023 at the House of Lords.

Nathan Stolberg

20 years experience in Social Housing Care & Support sectors.

Worked as the Chief Operating Officer for a Registered Provider, and prior to that headed the Tenancy and Community Support function of a large Hampshire based Housing Association, overseeing a portfolio of 34,000 homes.

Has significant experience of collaborating with stakeholders from Local Authority housing, commissioning, and social care teams, as well as developers, care and support providers.

Nathan has acted as the safeguarding lead and Data Protection Officer for a number of Housing Associations and has been an active member of the National Federation of Housing’s Health, Care and Supported Housing Group.
